By using fototrails365.com and submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

All tour bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from fototrails 365. Inquiry submissions do not constitute a booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual booking confirmation. Cancellations more than 90 days before departure receive a full deposit refund; cancellations within 90 days may forfeit the deposit. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Wildlife encounters and weather are inherently unpredictable. fototrails 365 makes no guarantees regarding specific animal sightings, crossing events, or weather conditions.
